Build Muscle Now & Show Your New Body by Christmas
If you are really serious about wanting a new
muscular body, start now and
you will be amazed at your new shape by Christmas. However, this will
mean
getting on with the job today, not tomorrow or the next day and not by
dithering or procrastinating. Don’t fall into the trap of
wasting time, or by
reading magazines which recommend routines totally unsuitable for a
beginner.
To gain muscle mass quickly you need a structured program, one which
will take
care of the correct exercises
For example, If you been told and have followed the normal conventional wisdom routines of isolated sets of biceps. triceps, pecs, etc. I am willing to bet that you have not made much headway. What you really need for insane muscle gain is to work with heavy weights, which in turn means compound lifts. Weight lifting exercises such as squats, bench presses, dead lifts, rows and military presses are the ones which really pack on muscle fast. But lifting heavy is not the complete answer. Unless they are performed using the right technique, once more you could be wasting both time and effort. Muscle building is a precise science and for maximum benefit it must be done properly and with discipline. Another major factor is diet and here I am not talking about cutting out carbs or eating 3 vegetables or 3 fruits a day. I am talking about an eating pattern specially designed to replace the calories which you will be burning, I am talking about eating maybe 6 times a day, about eating foods which replace spent energy and which build new muscle. Finally you must practice the correct resting patterns which are so vital. All of this of course means doing it properly, and the only way that will happen is by signing on with a well structured and comprehensive Muscle Building Program, one which covers all of the aspects which I have mentioned and one which has shown consistent and proven results But I come back to where I started. If you really want a finely tuned and muscular body, it is yours, but only if you do it, and the sooner the better.
