How to Build Muscle by Christmas - Start Now!


    Muscles are built by doing, by getting on with the job ,not by dithering and procrastinating. Too many would-be bodybuilders spend an unnecessary waste of time reading muscle magazine after muscle magazine or surfing the net, and following in particular articles totally inappropriate for their needs. Most of the articles in these magazines are written for the experienced and hardened bodybuilder and not for the newbie

    Dreaming about that great ripped, muscular body is one thing, getting it is another; it requires the will to go for it and the discipline to achieve it. But most of all you have to get off your butt and do something; reading will not get results; doing is what it is all about.
Now, doing means commitment, commitment to the dream, commitment to the plan and commitment to the doing
